MR. VT Arumugaraj M.Sc.,M.Phil.,B.Ed.,( Director CHIEF BUSINESS HEAD)

Mr. VT Arumugaraj holds the position of Chief Business Head. . He brings with him professional rich experience comprises in a career spanning over 15 years in the areas of Business Development / Strategic Planning, Education & Training, Risk Management System, Portfolio Management Services, Branch Management, Sales & Marketing, Client Servicing, and Team Management. His previous assignment as Professor and as RM in Shriram General Insurance (SKI Retail Ltd)and Muthoot Mini Finance core strength lies in the mastering of the rules and regulations of the financial practises and makes sure that there is zero error in any departmental functions. He ensures that everyone abides by the principles and always finds a solution to raising demands of the industry verticals.

Mr. VT Arumugaraj is responsible for overseeing key business decisions and driving corporate strategy.

Mrs. M MARIACHANDRASELVI B.E.,M.Tech  CEO

Mrs M Maria Chandra Selvi holds the positon as CEO is working as  Head of the Department in a PVT Polytechnic College for the past 25 Years. By the Guidance of the CEO our company is moving smoothly and steadily.

Mr A Antony Alex Pandian B.E., Managing Director

 Our Managing  Director Mr A Antony Alex Pandian B.E., is a Civil Engineer. Mr A Antony Alex Pandian B.E., ( Civil Engineering ) graduate from Coimbatore KPR Institute of Engineering Technology, Coimbatore. Graduated during the year 1994. He started his career in engineering SKY Tree consulting PVT Ltd Bangalore. He has wide exposure to international trade and the domestic market. By his business tenure our Company will grow up to a upgrade level as a Business Bank

**To lend, grant loans to the shareholders or members only as against securities of immovable properties and/ or on

the security of deposits, movable such as gold, silver, jewellery, Kisan Vikas Patra, National Saving Certificates

Scheme and other Government securities up on such terms and condition as may from time to time prescribed in law for Nidhi or Mutual Benefits Companies.

the public and to carry on all the activities duly complying with the guidelines, rules, standards or any other conditions prescribed by the authority or law in carrying on Nidhi business under Section 406 and Rule 4(4) of the Nidhi Rules 2014.

 

**To make and alter the rules as may be determined from time to time by the board of directors for carrying on the business of the

company more profitably and efficiently.

** To pay out the capital of the company or otherwise all expenses incurred in connection with the formation and registration of the

company.

**To enter into agreement with the Government State or Municipal or any local authority and to obtain any advantage for the company.

** To indemnify members, officers, directors and other staff of the company against proceedings, costs, claims and demands in respect of

anything done or ordered to be done by them for and in the interest of the company.

** To pay, satisfy or compromise claims made against the company which it may be necessary or deem expedient to pay, satisfy or

compromise.

** To invest and deal with the monies of the company not immediately required in such manner as may from time to time seem expedient

and be determined.

**  To do all event and every things necessary, suitable, proper for the accomplishment of any of the purposes for the attainment of any of

the main objects of the Company either as principals, agents, contractors or otherwise alone or in conjunction with others.

** To open accounts with any bank or banks and to deposit moneys therein and to draw and endorse cheques on and to withdraw moneys

from such accounts and generally operate upon same as may be required for purposes of the Company.
